Manchester UTD from 2010-2024

I have been supporting Manchester united from the 2010-2011 season until now. from all these years of watching Manchester play it has been an rollercoaster experience from being one of the top teams in the world to being a slightly better than average team. 

In 2010 Manchester United's team was feared by every team in the Premier league as the talent amongst the team was nothing short of exceptional. they had young and upcoming players such as Anderson who the year before won young player of the year at Porto and experienced players like Wayne Rooney being in his prime at 30 years old so they had a great balance of players available. 

This year was one of the best years Manchester united has had in a decade from winning the premier league comfortably to runners up in the champions league which has not been done since that date until the time of writing this. 

the last time Manchester united won the premier league was 11 years ago for being a top team this is outrageous as the team was so dominant over they years. this season Robin Van Persie was brought in he changed the team completely, the teams plan was to get the ball to him which worked as he also achieved the golden boot that season with 26.

2016-2017 season saw Manchester  united pick up form they brough in great players such as Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and eric Bailly with Jesse Lingard also coming through the academy. Man united lost this season to 1st place man city by 9 points this gave hope to all united fans with a couple extra signings they could be back to what they once were.

In recent times Manchester united teams has been a disaster from brining in the wrong players to the managers. Players such as Antony was brought into the team for a staggering 80 Million which he has not lived up to the expectations at all. Many fans believe that man united need to stop spending such big money on players as they are putting added pressure on the player to perform every weekend. 

ever since sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester united they have not been the same, the level of players has dropped along with standards, from coming 1st in the Premier league till 4th was a big drop off for one of the biggest teams in the world. louis Van Gal was not a good replacement for this season as he made a lot of bad calls for the team and transfers.

Manchester United 2024/2025

 This season has been the worst season Manchester united has ever had after the first 8 games in the premier league. The team have managed to obtain 3 wins 2 draws and 3 loses. This form should not be happening with the team Manchester have as they have some of the best players in the world. 

MAN UTD VS FULHAM

From the first fixture of the year they were lucky a 22 year old new signing (Zirkzee)won them the game in the 87th minute against Fulham, after this game most united fans felt like we will struggle this year keeping a high standard. 

MAN UTD VS BRIGHTON

With the from Brighton have obtain the past few years there is no surprise that they came on top against man utd with a 2-1 win which was comfortable for the opposition. former Manchester United player Danny Welbeck scored a crucial goal this game which shows how bad decisions have been made from this team. 

MAN UTD VS LIVERPOOL 

The 3rd game of the season was nothing short of a disaster we saw Liverpool put on a great performance beating United comfortably this was a very bad display from all players this game as nothing was happening at all for united.  

MAN UTD VS SOUTHAMPTON

Finally Man United show their class in beating Southampton 3-0 in a very comfortable win, this game had restored a little bit of hope for Manchester to do well this season especially with getting Rashford and Garnacho on the scoresheet. 

MAN UTD VS CRYSTAL PALACE 

2 weeks later after a great win united played Crystal Palace away. High hopes from all around for this game but were sadly disappointed with a dull 0-0 draw, not much went on in this game from united this game as they created little to no chances, if anything crystal palace were the more dominant team 

MAN UTD VS TOTTENHAM 

Tottenham is the next team united faced in the league this game showed men against boys with Tottenham creating over double amount of chances this game. the score was 3-0 fingers are now being pointed at eric ten hag for not making effective subs as well as laying out the team to the best he can. this game also saw our best performing player being sent off which gave us a huge disadvantage for the next game. 

MAN UTD VS ASTON VILLA

Even with our best player man united done well against a in form Aston villa earning a nil nil draw. there was chances from both teams in this game which made a great display for anyone to watch unlike the o-o against crystal palace. Even after this game a lot of Manchester fans want to see the manager get sacked so they can improve for later games. 

MAN UTD VS BRENTFORD

This brings us to the most recent game for Manchester united against Brentford which was a successful 2-1 win over Brentford this is a great start from now if they continue to the next game with this mindset they will do well as Brentford are A good and upcoming team for the future 

RECOMENDATIONS 

As a Man UTD fan i would like to see my team so buy a couple more players as long with bringing in a new established manager as i think the current managers time is up. positions i think we need to buy is Right wing and Centre midfield. these position in my opinion are needed as soon as possible.
